Role: Project Manager/Scrum Master
Location: remote, Dallas, TX

Description
10 years of project management, program management or IT management, including financial and
schedule performance reporting
· Minimum 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and end-to-end IT business processes
· Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance, a
minimum of 5 years of experience in required technology
· Master level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project
· Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and
communication skills (verbal and written)
· Ability to influence and work through others
· Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices
· Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences
· Effective communicator, both written and oral
· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
· Ability to deliver high quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines
· Intellectually curios with strong desire to learn
