Hello Hope you're doing well,   Please go through the job description below and share suitable profiles for below position.   Position: Scrum Master Duration: 12+ months Location: Tallahassee, FL      2.0 Staff Qualifications and Performance Criteria      Contractor shall possess the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the information technology staff augmentation services required by this contract and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them.         A. Applications Development Analyst (Advanced, Job #1250)   Contractor and/or Contractor’s Staff shall have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:      First level Scrum Master Certification (Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Certified Scrum Master (CSM);    One (1)- three (3) years of Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects and programs for a software development team;    Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency;    Knowledge of documented patterns and techniques such as Burndown Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Retrospective formats for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach;    Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.);    Working experience in one or more of the following Agile methods or frameworks: Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Agile scaling methodologies (e.g. SAFe);    Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, Functional Design Diagram (FDD), etc.;    Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team;    Effective oral, written, and presenting skills are required;    Excellent mentoring skills; and    Knowledge of TFS to use as a tracking tool.               Regards, Deepak Mahra  deepak@technixonline.com || 480-568-4499 ||  4115 E Siesta Ln, Phoenix, AZ, 85050 www.technixonline.com         Note: "We respect your Online Privacy.
