Key Responsibilities:
· Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis.
· Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
· Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
· Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures.
· Experience developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements.
· Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process.
· Strong organization and writing skills. Experienced developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
· Documenting the next level of detail for business process requirements and process workflows to support successful configuration
· Participating in configuration/design sessions with vendor and State of Maine team
· Maintaining updated User Acceptance Test Plan, developing use cases and test scripts, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing
· Assisting in developing and maintaining an updated Training Plan, designing and producing training materials, and coordinating training activities
· Conducting trainings when necessary
· Assisting in identifying and developing user guidance and procedural prompts that can be incorporated into the budget system
· Drafting user guides and procedure manual

· Creative problem solver in using various technologies
· Strong verbal, listening, and written skills
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
· Advanced skills working with customers, including excellent communication skills with all levels of business as well as IT staff.
· Familiar with Agile methodologies (RUP, BPM, Scrum, etc.) Experience as a Scrum Master a plus but not required.
· Familiar with Project Management methodologies
· Familiar with best practice training approaches/methodologies for new system implementations
· Familiar with budgeting processes and practices a plus but not required
· Familiar with change management approaches a plus but not required
