Job Description:
This position is for a Sr. UI developer to work within the Concerto application which uses Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS/Less, Java, and Oracle technologies. In this role, this individual will be accountable for development to the UI/UX framework based on standards and systems requirements mapped to user stories. The expectation is that the senior resource will be able to deliver their assigned development items at significantly higher velocity than the less experience UI/UX developers. They will be required to provide guidance to the other UI/UX developers to help them overcome obstacles that are preventing their development efforts. When presented with problems, this person must develop and be able to present multiple solutions/approaches to solve the problem. They are expected to develop new solutions and approaches and to encourage others to do the same.
Key Job Responsibilities
· Developing architectural solutions utilizing Web Technologies including but not limited to Bootstrap, HTML5/CSS/Responsive Web Design, Angular, Java, JQuery, JavaScript, Kendo UI
· Identify approaches and technologies to ensure performance
· Ensuring the solution has conformity
· Work with BA team to ensure the delivered product meets the system requirements
· Work with Business/BA's, and IT to identify performance issues, and fix those issues
· Understand business change requests and how to manage business expectations
· 5 or more years leading a team of Angular developers in an onshore/offshore model
· 5 or more years of hands-on application development experience in Responsive Web Design, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, JQuery
· 5 years of application development experience in at least two programming languages
· 5 years or more working within an Agile environment
· Three or more years of client-server experience
· Team player that can work independently
Secondary Requirements
· Technical and Functional Understanding of Web Technologies
· Functional understanding of middleware server technologies, such as Weblogic or Tomcat
