- Min. 5+ years of experience in providing technical support for Software product.
- Min. 2+ years of experience of working in healthcare domain.
- Need to have strong.net development background on .net websites, .net batch program and WinForm applications.
- Need to have background on handling large batch files which are exchanges from SFTP and SharePoint framework.
- Must have knowledge and aptitude to guide file automation using various tool like MoveIT, Autosys etc.
- Should have experience in orchestrating complex batch process using various tools.
- Need to solid understanding of deployment and configuration of .net websites, web services, windows application.
- Good knowledge of and experience of Windows Servers and Workstation Systems.
- SSIS and SQL are added skills.
- Would be required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases
- Need to possess diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults skill.
- Should be able to work with vendor and IT teams to gather and analyze current production incidents and provide short term and long-term solution for the issue.
- Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancement related along with product development team.
- Responsible to work on updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application.
- Required to participate in change management activities
- Should be available for on-call support as needed.
- Responding to callouts in a timely fashion.
