Job Description
• To help the business teams in improving member experience by reporting the KPIs on USAA website performance across various Lines of Businesses.
• Optimize digital behavior and activity tracking
• Ensure business teams have easy access to operational reports needed to manage their day to day business
• Provide the business teams the ability to use our toolsets and create stories out of the insights we provide
• Perform data analysis using Hadoop databases, SAS, extract data and develop metrics and insights.
