Job Description:
· A Minimum of 4+ yrs. Of solid Implementation & Design level experience working on ServiceNow platform including REST-based Integrations, Custom App Development and Leading Agile teams.
· Excellent Functional knowledge & Process level knowledge Including ALL Core ITSM modules and with ITOM Modules like Discovery, Event Mgmt, Understanding of Service Mapping.
· Prior knowledge of working on Complex Enhancements Design & implementation, Mentoring the team, Leading technical discussions with Internal/External stakeholders
· ServiceNow Admin Certification is Mandatory and any other Implementation certifications are a definite Plus
· Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal), Stakeholder management skills and Interpersonal skills, Will be the SPOC for the Customer at Onsite location and the Offshore team
