- Perform health checks to ensure BAU
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and tracking to closure through Problem Management process
- Perform code fixes, unit testing and follow-up with onsite to obtain business sign-off
- Handle Catalog requests
- Handle all Incident tickets
- Extend support and contribute towards Continuous service improvement initiatives
- Extend support and contribute towards Application hardening / Application strengthening (L3 and L4)
