Experienced scrum master having around/more than 10 years of experience. Strong understanding and expertise in implementing various phases of SDLC methodologies in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and Scrum-Waterfall Hybrid environments. Skilled as a Agility Lead in facilitating scrum process and Scrum Ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective and Backlog Refinement meeting. Backlog prioritizing techniques (MOSCOw, Business Value, and Technical Risk) and Estimation techniques (Planning Poker and T-Shirt sizing)
