Education and Experience

• PMP, PSM/CSM, CSPO, Lean, Kanban
• Possesses excellent inter-personal skills with amazing written/verbal communication skills
• Customer centric with innovative problem solving skills
• Extremely organized, Goal oriented, and experienced in Data analytics as well as Financial budget/Accounting (CapEx/OpEx) principles
• Knowledgeable in deposit, credit and payments domains
• Communicative and social Must be able to communicate (written/verbal) well with all levels of the organization
• Innovative problem solving with strong data crunching and analytical skills
• Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
• Open/Transparent Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to both business and technology and build trust amongst partners

 

Responsibilities:

• Define conceptual approaches and provide solutions architecture for key deposits and lending journeys
• Break down complex problems into simple small unit of logical work that is suitable for incremental development / deliver of value
• Ability to understands overall deposit, credit and payments domains and provide industry best solutions in a hybrid environment (preoperatory and partner)
• Collaborates with technology teams and partners to select appropriate design solutions and ensures the compatibility of system components
• Collaborate and communicate across business and technology teams
• Identifying and championing the creation and use of common services and components
• Documents design specifications, installation instructions, and other system information
• Reviewing performance and control reports; determining the appropriate course of action to improve performance when necessary
