Requirements:
Description:
- SAP SD Consultant with LATAM statutory experience
- 4-6 years' experience in SAP SD implementation and/or support projects
- customization and maintenance of SAP SD module and related sub modules Implements new or maintains existing business solution in SAP SD area based on user requirements analysis.
- Knowledge of LATAM statutory requirements
- Ensuring effective enrolment and termination of employees in the different benefit plans within the LATAM region
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a L2/L3 POC and handle SD issues during US time zone
- Act as a SME with LATAM invoicing and billing regulations
- Respond to assigned incidents and service requests based on their priority and contractual SLA terms
- Update functional specifications as needed
- Effectively communicate requirements to client technical resources
- Work collaboratively with team members located in India, US and Mexico
- Assist with minor enhancements (initial scoping and planning as needed)
