Job Description:
Serve as RPA Support Lead for all production automations in accordance with Customer requirements and organizational methodologies and standards. Work in partnership with internal and external Teams and Vendors to respond to production problems and implement immediate resolution efforts across technology areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for oversight of deployed production automations
Research problems, recommend and plan solutions, and coordinate resolutions in an orderly manner to meet business requirements
Work with Technology Partners and Vendors to ensure the highest levels of automation availability and resolve escalations of medium to high complexity
Maintain daily production automation status reporting, including communications throughout the program and in some cases, Customers
Create/manage all production automation DASH Incidents for automation outages. Ensure all incidents are accurate and resolution is documented
Provide input to RPA Technical Leads to implement and update the platform strategy and road mapthrough analysis of production automation outage trends
Provide input to RPA Product Owner on KPI reporting and recommend process and/or automation improvements to drive KPI improvements
Provide reoccurring reporting to RPA Product Owner on established KPIs
Maintain awareness of technology trends in area of responsibility and make appropriate recommendations
Meet commitments and deliverables as related to participating/leading projects
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working in a DevOps environment
8+ years of experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) support, preferred
Ability to perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, solution development, and implementation within a Windows environment, required
Ability to analyze and resolve problems of medium to high complexity, requiring strong knowledge of hardware components, systems, software, and networking technologies
Strong partnering, negotiation, and communication skills in working with Business Customers and Technology
Strong knowledge of systems development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through formal training and/or work experience
Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate ideas and strategies in both technical and user-friendly language
Additional job skills include, but are not limited to: strong project management skills, strong written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, and strong analytical/creative problem solving skills
