Location: Remote
Duration: Contract Job Responsibilities: - Facilitate team to plan the Sprint and track the progress
- Change control management
- Status reporting to PM / SPOC
- Ensuring that Scrum values, practices, and rules are enacted and enforced
- Identifies and remove any obstacles that are keeping the development team from completing the Sprint
- Build Test Team structure & Test Plan, address issues, risks, change requests for Testing
- Plan & coordinate key testing activities across phases
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- Guiding the team on how to get the most of our self-organization
- Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
Supporting Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog - 8-12 years of industry experience
- Minimum 4 years as Scrum master with teams aligned across multiple geography locations
- Possess strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other agile frameworks such as Kanban, Crystal, XP, Lean etc.
- Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Should have JIRA/Confluence experience
- Should have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Certified scrum master (CSM/ SAFe)
