Client is looking for a highly
energetic and collaborative senior Data Engineer with strong SQL and scripting experience leading
enterprise data projects around Business and IT operations. The ideal
candidate should be an expert in leading projects in the ADF space, using
traditional, new and emerging technologies. Candidate should have good
experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and
customer data platforms. A good understanding of enterprise data
architecture and systems is expected. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists to C-level
executives is key to be successful in this role.
· Drive
customer conversations to define the requirements and overall technical
solutions for data and related applications
· Exercise
you strong decision-making
skills in terms of data analysis and architecting large data infrastructure
· Create
technical solution, artifacts, work products and presentation of solution with
the customer.
· Work
with Machine learning experts utilizing pattern recognition, text mining,
clustering, and AI
· Review
functional and technical requirements, raising potential issues and
participating actively in design discussions
· Collaborating
with Customers and Product Marketing / Management teams to identify
opportunities that can be exploited through great software features. Work
closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Senior Business Analysts, and other
client stakeholders
· Working
as a member
of a design, build and test agile team continuously releasing new features
· Mentoring
people whether they are on your team

You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master’s degree in a related field is an added plus
- 10+ years experience in Advanced SQL and Python or Scala or Java scripting
- 5 years Experience creating pipelines that does complex data transformations
- 5 years Experience with parameterization/custom state passing/looping/Trigger based flows/delta flows
- 2 years Experience with CI/CD , Monitoring setup
- 3+ years of experience working as a member of an Agile team
- Familiarity with consuming Kafka messages is a plus
