Job summary: Java/J2EE
Experience: 8 to10yrs
Required Skills: J2EE Java
Domain Skills: Merchandising Assortment Management
Nice to have skills: Core Java JDBC ANSI SQL
Roles & Responsibilities :
Java/J2EE 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE web application environment.
Should have proven Production Support experience in Java/J2EE web application environment.
Should have thorough understanding of Incident Management Problem Management & Change Management processes
Should have excellent communication skills .
Good Oral and Written Communication skills is a must.
Should have worked in a production support team involving Application Monitoring Incident Management Problem Management sub-streams.
Identifying and resolving technical issues.
Should be able to work with Cross functional teams .
To perform Root cause analysis for the Problem Tickets.
Managing Service Now queue for the team and ensuring compliance to Response & Resolution Service Level Agreements.
Should be able to engage the right team and to drive the Major Incident Bridge calls to resolution.
Maintaining and updating technical documents and standard operatng procedures in the knowledge repository.
