Contract: 12 months

IMPORTANT The Resource must be local to Miami, FL / travel to Miami office 2-3 days in a week

Job Description:
"Project Manager Scrum Master with prior experience in driving B2B eCommerce, Web and Mobile initiatives. Experience in Retail or Restaurants/QSR is a big plus.
The Project Manager Scrum Master is accountable for the successful delivery of project scope to market. This role must be able to deliver using ""standard"" waterfall and / or agile delivery methods. For assigned projects the PM needs to adhere to and deliver the agreed scope to the aligned budget and timeline. The role requires working closely with the Portfolio lead, Program Manager, Business Stakeholders, Client and delivery teams.

This role is responsible to lead and manage the successful delivery of project scope on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the project lifecycle, the manager provides clear status and manages risk mitigation.
Project Manager (7+ yrs exp.)
• The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of portfolio / program strategy, implementation, budget, and timelines.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
• Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc
• Ability to deliver multiple workstreams using ""standard"" waterfall and / or agile delivery methods.
• Experience with Project Management tools like MS Project and Agile development tools like Jira and Confluence
• For assigned programs the PM needs to adhere to and deliver the agreed scope to the aligned budget and timeline.
• The Project Manager Scrum Master will work closely with the Portfolio lead, Scrum Master and delivery team.
• Lead and manage the successful delivery of the program workstreams on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities.
• Must develop a deep understanding of the client ecosystem, the users, the market place, competitors and future trends that relate to the industry.
• Throughout the program, the PM manages various stakeholders and provides executive updates to the sponsors.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend significant data or info of subway's vast product ranges
• Support, lead, and influencev customers/suppliers and industry at senior management level to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings
• Proven ability to foster business growth through the enhancement
• Work closely with Business Analysts through solution definition and/or requirements elaboration phases
• Able to customize and educate customers on the software development approach including project milestones, phases, elements, and forming project teams existing as well as identification of new engagements
• Current PMP certification is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum
Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’
needs
Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email
