Job Summary:

As an AEM Specialist you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and application development. As a senior member of an Agile Scrum team, you will work with cross functional team members to interpret/translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical designs that you and the team will plan, build, test and deploy.p

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using the Adobe Experience Cloud, with the Adobe Experience Manager CMS and DAM being the focus
• Lead code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions
• Design elegant and efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates
• Is proactive in identifying design solution options, preparing, and presenting pros/cons and recommendations to architects and product owner
• Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM capabilities and best practices (e.g., Editable Templates, Style System, Core Components, Fragments)
• Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
• Can independently guide project stakeholders in solution alignment and AEM best practices
• Proficiency in collaborating with CICD teams to enable build/deploy automation, quality checks and gates, ensuring a high level of delivered code quality
• Proficiency with Git-based code repository interactions and commands, GitFlow branching strategy, and typical pull-request and commit merging processes
