JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing business stakeholders.
• Have to experience managing Advance support team
• Candidate should have working experience on Agile Methodologies, PI planning, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc.
• Candidate should have working experience on Java and AWS.
• Candidate should have working experience on CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins.
• Candidate should have a basic understanding and experience in NodeJs, VueJs, and Python.
• Good to have knowledge of design tools like Adobe Create Cloud.
• Ensure timely delivery within support SLA’s and share relevant metrics with stakeholders.
• Expertise in scope management, estimation, and planning.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication skills and solutions skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
