Detailed Job Description:
• Experience in Work and Asset management processes across Gas and Electric Utilities
• Experience of Work Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Closure functions across Capital Work Management, Outage Work Management, Planned Maintenance Work
and Storms Work management business processes
• Experience in IBM Maximo implementation projects
• Experience in distribution operations or transmission operations
• Experience in capital planning processes and outage management processes.
• Experience in any Analytics tool is preferable
• Understanding of the Standard Software development cycle
Responsibilities:
• Provides solution defect fixes based on Functional design
• Provide industry expertise on all MAXIMO Work and Asset Management process areas. Provides input and recommendation on technical implications of specific design solutions
/ Defects / enhancements
• Validate project design and communicate potential issues and obstacles
• Leading business process design clarifications, updating As build documentation and testing
• Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements.
• Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation
• Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution in the area of Solution finalization
• Serve as liaison between the client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. An Electrical Engineering background will be preferred.
• U.S. citizens and those already authorized to work in the U.S. (Infosys is unable to sponsor visas at this time)
• 8+ years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture, design, development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment
• At least Core Utility experience with 3 years of working with Power Transmission and Distribution companies
• Experience of at least 2 implementations for a utility (gas and/or Electric) with hands-on Functional and deployment experience in the area of Work and Asset Management
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities
• Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn’t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done
• Creative problem solver

• Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project skills
• Basic project management skills
Preferred:
• Working experience in the area of Asset and work management at Gas Utilities
• Working knowledge of Compatible Units and Estimation processes for Gas and Electric Utilities
• Previous big 4 consultancy experience
• Experience in utilities in North America.
