The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will act as an internal consultant in our Applications Team. This role will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our internal business partners in order to drive processes and meet business requirements, analyze how to configure a MS D365 platform to achieve set requirements and determine where customizations are needed. The MS Dynamics Developer will also assist our business partners in stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies within our environment, in the design and development of integrated solutions using the latest Microsoft products, services and technologies and understanding the relevant application development, infrastructure and operations implications of the developed solution.
Responsibilities
• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives and functional/non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
• Disposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features, via standard configuration and via customization
• Be responsible for leading and/or development tasks related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP)
• Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and coordinate client testing of developed solution
• Develop appropriate requirements, design, testing and deployment documentation to support the solution delivery
• Provide subject matter expertise to business partners around implementation methodologies and how to successfully deploy Dynamics 365 solutions
• Working with other team members and leaders, proactively identify and mitigate/resolve risks and issues
• Contribute best practices and lessons learned from projects to the global community with focus on continuous improvement
• Deliver to project initiatives, as well as provide tiered support to live production system
• Work with internal team to roll-out Microsoft platform releases, building consolidated package for deployment inclusive of ISV builds
Required skills

• Successfully demonstrated leadership in 5+ ERP in Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 projects
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems
• Holistic solution, design, architecture, data migration and integration skills
• Dynamics 365 extension development
• Dynamics 365 development framework to achieve performance and best practice
• Troubleshooting ISV integrations
• Previous track record delivering the full project life cycle
• Dynamics AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 configuration, development leadership and deployment
• Morph X / X++
• Good understanding of AX entity & Object model
• SQL Admin and Query tuning
• LCS telemetry data usage and configuration
• Common Data Service, Workflows etc.
• Azure Dev Ops
• .Net/C# (nice to have)

The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ ERP and/or CRM large scale enterprise projects (preferably Dynamics) in multiple industries.
Successful candidate will have relevant analysis, design, development and implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions specially around Finance, Supply Chain, Billing.
Implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions around Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, and integration would be considered a plus.
The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be development on the Dynamics 365 platform within Finance and Operations (F&O).
