• Ability to analyze, develop, and validate detailed functional specifications, workflows, processes and procedures
• Ability to evaluate and select solutions within the parameters of IT infrastructures, compliance, and technical requirements
• Ability to create and maintain Interface specifications and technical design documentation
• Ability to analyze and determine required mapping between upstream and downstream systems
• Ability to assess impact changes will have on existing environment
• Ability to conduct analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Ability to interact with Development, QA/Testing, and Stakeholders
• Ability to support testing and validation
• Create User/Dev Stories
• Define acceptance criteria (exception for our area)
• Help the team decide when a solution will or won't meet acceptance criteria
