Role: Product Owner - Integrations

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Required Skills:
Experience with working directly with the client to understand business requirements for features
Working knowledge of product development architecture
Ability to communicate sprint progress with the client and other cross-functional members involved in development
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience managing teams, individuals, and deliver across multiple vendors
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a SAFe environment
Proficient with tools such as Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence
Experience in Cloud architecture, JSON, XML, API design, Swagger, Microservices, REST, Web Services, RDBMS and NOSQL DBs
Experience in integration with a messaging middleware like Kafka, Active MQ or equivalent
Experience in integrating with a caching solution and technologies like Redis, Hazelcast or equivalent
Ability to triage issues, conduct RCA, and drive resolution across multiple teams (Kibana, Kafka)
Proficiency using diagnostic methods and tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, Kafka, Postman)
Relevant Experience:
Experience in the cruise industry or relevant hospitality segment (food & beverage, hotel, travel)
Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, VersionOne, or equivalent
Experience with enterprise applications (ERP). Cruise-specific applications include (Folio, MXP, Seaware)
