JOB DESCRIPTION: 

�Minimum 5 years of delivering Agile programs and acting as a Scrum Master

�SAFe Agile certification. Preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe SSM)

�P&C insurance background is preferred

�Effective planning and facilitation skills

�Excellent communication skills

�Knowledge and/or experience with ScrumXP and Kanban. Experience with Rally/JIRA tool preferred.
