Job Description
Design solutions and implementations that following a consistent pattern and implement AURA following best practices.
Keep abreast of industry trends, technology advancements and product/vendor direction, and plays a lead role in developing the skills and knowledge of other technical resources within the organization.
Authors templates and documentation for internal knowledge sharing and client communications/deliverables.
Act as the visionary and strategist for the solution vision.
Seeks continuous performance improvement in technology solutions and ensures security of information
Work with IT leadership to define overall recruiting needs and expertise in solution area, professional development needs of technical staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Required Skillset

• 15+ years of development experience including automation in Java, J2EE technologies
• Proficiency in multiple tools of the full stack covering frontend frameworks, databases and deployments
• Demonstrated success in decision making, conflict resolution, communication and negotiation/influence skills, to be effective working between many high-level managers
• Responsible for developing interactive front ends to complex software that solves business problems.
• 8-9 years’ experience developing modern front-end, web-based applications with core JavaScript, JS frameworks, and at least 2 years specifically working in ReactJS/JSX, Flux, redux, or similar stack.

• Proficiency in a variety of modern programming languages
• Proficiency in a variety of modern automation tools and frameworks
• Proficiency with containerization
• Proficiency with relational/NoSQL
• Experience with AWS, GCP or other cloud provider
• Experience with load testing
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects
• Advanced ability to solve complex problems, drawing upon creativity, experience, and multiple sources of information
• Advanced communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex or difficult information
