Job Description:

• Coordinates joint application development sessions.
  
• Assists development team with unit test plans and scripts
  
• Writes user documentation as needed
  
• Documents and updates existing workflow/current business processes.
  
• Uses analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline business processes.
  
• Assist in issue/function recreation, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting/debugging of applications.
  
• Work closely with support team to proactively monitor store applications activity and address issues to prevent/reduce impact.
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent?training and experience
  
• Graduate degree preferred
  
• 5-7?years of relevant experience in field
  
• Experience with Agile process (Scrum)
  
• Experience in project and process management
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Willingness to learn new technologies
  
• Strong troubleshooting/analysis experience
  
• Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the development, documentation, test and project delivery.
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiar with CI/CD process
  
• Experience with Automation Tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Salt)
  
• Familiar with OCI, Azure environments
  
• Experience working on Retail applications (Point of Sale or Mobile applications)?
  
• Experience with JIRA?
  
• Understanding of PCI compliance (credit cards)?
  
• Understanding of PII compliance (personal identification data)?
  
• Familiar with Containers/Microservices?
