Salesforce.com Certifications - Must Have: SFDC Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
- Nice to Have: Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant
Experience and Knowledge - As a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Sales / Service Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, of not less than 6 months each. More than 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Total IT industry experience of at least 13 years, with at least 4 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales / Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud – should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials.
- Should have strong foundation in all Sales Cloud features and best practices of implementation – Sales Cycle implementation, Lead Conversion, Campaign Management etc.
- Advanced knowledge of implementing reports & dashboards is a MUST, creating metrics for Sales performance, growth, conversion and other KPIs.
- Knowledge of working with excel is required
- Apex/Visualforce programming background/experience is Not mandatory but will be nice-to-have. The person in this role will majorly focus on doing Solution Design and Requirements Analysis, but will be good if the person knows Salesforce configuration/coding for proofs-of-concept, directly interacting with the client stakeholders.
- Documentation skills – The person in this role Must be able to write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.
