• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.

• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.

• Creating timelines and development goals.

• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.

• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

• Good knowledge in Digital experience cloud and CMS content.

• Ability to perform administrator functions such as user management, Profile configuration, data management etc,

• Data migration using Data loader.

• Experience in migrating code from sandboxes to production, validating deployments, change set.

• Experience creation of custom objects and fields and their relationship with standard objects.

• Experience using GitHub Repositories.

• Knowledge in using VS code, workbench.

• Experience in Lightning customization using LWC or AURA components.

• Integration experience with Salesforce API.

• Extensive experience with APEX programming, SOQL in salesforce.

• Salesforce development experience with good exposure to SDLC processes

System Admin Newark, New Jersey
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science
  • / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Technical, digital operations, or systems support role
  • Practical experience using public clouds(e.g. Google, AWS, Azure). 
  • Ability to use one or more scripting
  • languages (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python, ebextensions)
  • Working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure
  • (e.g. projects, virtual machines, rhel/linux/centos, IAM, VPC, Load Balancers, GPU, cloud storage, Cloud SQL, Postgres, Pubsub)
  • System Engineering or DevOps experience:
  • Linux and Windows Administration; Chef, Puppet, Ansible, python and power shell. Experience with popular open source software (such as Cassandra, MySQL,

Scrum Master New York, New York
  • Development experience using Genesys Suite of technologies with specialization in Genesys Framework is a must. ( Genesys CTI, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace, Genesys Eservices.)
  • Design and Develop Routing Applications for Voice and Multi-Channel using Composer / IRD, SCXML is a must and VXML will be of added advantage.
  • Proficient in tools like CCpulse , GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA(Genesys Administrator) & Kazimir will be considered a plus.
  • Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and Cassandra will be considered a plus.
  • Having a strong knowledge in SSDLC. CICD experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Experience with basic Java development is a plus.

Skills/attributes:

  • 3+ years of Routing Development Experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
  • 3+ years of Configuration management tools
  • Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer
  • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS
  • Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components
  • Ability to architect routing design and development for new solutions that will be implemented for the customer
  • Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
