Responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution of integrated
release project activities and associated system outages..
Develops the communication and escalation plan. (policies, procedures,

Provides status reporting to the project leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensures entry into and exit out of project stage gates are met including the
final Go/No-Go meetings.
Activities for Pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live.
Works closely with the work streams to document the project plan for each
boundary system application.
Coordinates requirements for Go Live including staffing and overall
