Inventory management of all IT Assets Like Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Network Devices etc. Asset allocation, De-allocation, stock maintenance. Procurement of Assets and Services. Vendor Management. Processing of Invoices and ensure the payments. Configuration of all laptops with standard build across all office locations in US. Configuration and maintenance of Local IT Infrastructure for all Offices including CEOs Home Office (Servers, Network Devices, Applications, Collaboration Tools, Meeting Room Setups, Printers, LAN, WAN, VoIP, Surveillance Equipment’s etc.) Troubleshooting and support for all IT related issues / requirement (In-person, Remotely). To manage US governance and Compliances related to IT (Hardware, Software and Services). To Visit any office location in US including CEOs Home office (as per requirement)   Primary Skills: Sound understanding of software, hardware, and communications.   Sound knowledge of IT Asset lifecycle, IT procurement and billing process. Good knowledge of office IT infrastructure and data center setup. Good knowledge of Network devices configuration and setup. Good understanding for USA IT policies in term of Asset and procurement management Experience in system hardware configuration, OS, Microsoft O365 suite.   Sound understanding of conference room, meeting room, setup, and management. Good understanding of IT procurement policies relevant to USA Market Sound Knowledge of Collaboration Tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Blue Jeans etc. Knowledge of Audits and Compliances.
