Salesforce Business Analyst/Support

 

The role of the Salesforce Business Analyst/Salesforce Support is to deliver high quality service for our business users and will be part of our growing CRM/Integration Applications Team.

 

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 

This person will be a liaison between our Salesforce users and internal technology team members.

 

They will be responsible for

 

Delivering user training and providing technical support to our end users.

Working collaboratively with our Data team and other integrated systems team to understand data collection and system requirements to support integrated system delivery.

Work together with the delivery team to understand internal controls and system requirements to support finance and HR initiatives.

Work closely with the Delivery team to gain advice and input on proposed solutions. Work collaboratively to achieve project outcomes and resolve system issues.

Updating existing process documentations as the member & team(s) continue to improve and grow.

Experience and knowledge

 

Essentials

 

3+ years analyst experience

2+ years of experience with supporting Salesforce.com end users or any other CRM’s.

Excellent knowledge of the full SDLC

Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio user

Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures

Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions

Experience in people management

Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment

Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies

Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

 

Preferred Experience and Skills

 

Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution

Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements

Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders

Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & Agile Methodology

Salesforce Admin Certification
