Job Description & Roles and Responsibilities
As a full-stack developer, the person will beresponsible to lead the development and implementation of efficient andmaintainable software applications for the next generation of large-scaleplatforms in an innovative and deadline-driven environment. The candidate willalso be responsible for analysing user requirements, creating and documentingsystem designs, and coding and testing software.
General Requirements
The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years ofexperience in developing, implementing, and deploying large-scale, hightraffic, high availability, consumer-facing, or enterprise web applications.
The candidate should have strong technical skills andgood analytical reasoning.
Minimum educational qualifications are aBE/B.Sc./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, ComputerEngineering, or Computer Science.
Full familiarity and extensive experience in the fullsoftware development life cycle.
The candidate should be able to follow the bestdevelopment practices covering TTD, CI/CD, secure development process, codingstandards, documentation, and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, etc.
Should be able to troubleshoot and identifybottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems, carry out RCA,quickly turn around fixes for production issues in the 24x7 operatingenvironment.
Should be good at understanding the requirements at ahigh level and obtain details and deliver assigned tasks with high qualitywithin the given time.
Participate in R&D and adoption of newtechnologies and brainstorm on new features.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.

Should possess good communication capabilities.
Should be a very good team player with a go-getterattitude, results-driven, adaptable, inspirational, organized, andquality-focused.
Should be able to establish best practices for thedevelopment and deployment of applications, defining patterns and developmentframeworks for junior developers.
Oversee the effort to provide integrated systemsanalysis and recommends appropriate software, and communication links requiredto support project goals and strategy, partnering with Architects and otherteam members.
Manage efforts to support, resolve and document issuesthat arise in the architecture.
Skills
Hands-on experience with all aspects of modern Webapplication development, including:
Thorough understanding of OOP, MVC, ORM, REST/SOAP,SOA. Familiarity with development aiding tools.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies likeHTML5, JavaScript, etc.
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation toidentify requirements and solutions (Exposure to UML Design tools)
Write well-designed, testable, and quality code.
Good knowledge of relational databases like MySQL andworking knowledge of NoSQL DB such as MongoDB.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools likeGIT, SVN, etc.
Hands-on experience in creating deploying REST WSservices on the cloud will be an advantage.
Utilizing experience in microservice development andmultifactor authentication to design secured online environments that usen-tier designs and firewalling.
You have at least 1 year working in AWS environment.
Have at least 1 year experience in developingmicroservices using Spring boot.
Participate in proof of concept to solve varioustechnical problems.
Develop JUnit to test the services.
Integrate software components into a fully functionalsoftware system.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
Comply with project plans and industry standards.
Knowledge of Design and Critical thinking.
