Job Title:  Client Project Manager  Location:   Las Vegas,  Nevada,  United States,89152 , INITIALLY  REMOTE Duration: 6 JOB DESCRIPTION: Produce service that provides a competitive edge and market differentiator for SG’s products and services. • Understand client business functions, casino operations, requirements, and objectives in relation to and in support of the client adoption and use of Scientific Games products, solutions, and services. • Work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with SG’s products and services. • Manages high and medium touch client accounts on a day-to-day basis. • Identify solutions to client needs. • Recognize crisis and know when to escalate. • Ability to understand the audience and adjust communication to meet audience need and business purpose. • Plan, coordinate, and manage the short and long term needs of multiple customers. • Effectively engage and communicate across internal and external stakeholders and partners from front-line employees to Senior Executives. • Guide and manage all aspects of client projects involving the installation of SG Systems products and solutions. • Provide expertise in building, planning, and maintaining detailed project plans, • Manage projects from inception to closure with adherence and tracking to client objectives, project scope and goals, schedule commitments, and budget Create and maintain detailed project plans, planning and managing resources, objectives, schedules, budget, milestones, and dependencies. • Lead, organize, manage, coordinate, and execute tasks across multiple internal and external parties and stakeholders. • Function effectively in a matrixed organization. • Discipline to required processes and documentation. • Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully delivered. • Motivates project contributors. • Ability to use strong analytical skills and creative thinking to understand complex business problems and identify solutions. • Conduct relationship and project status meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders from front-line employees to Sr. Management. • Adherence and leadership in executing and delivering with quality. • Learns SG product solutions, related product technology platforms and environment so as to be an effective partner in planning, executing, and problem-solving service delivery situations for SG product solutions. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to mature, extend, expand, and strengthen the client business relationship with Scientific Games via use and adoption of SG’s products, solutions, and services. • Champions and also contributes to the evolution, improvement, and maturation of SG’s products, solutions, and services. • Executes duties in alignment with SG’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
