Job Title : CIAM Architect

Location: Deerfield, IL

 

Description:

This position is responsible for playing the technical developer lead role in the successful installation, integration and deployment of Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) products in client environments. 

 

Responsibilities:

As a CIAM Architect you should:

·      Provide expert technical leadership, guidance and oversight

·      Be able to understand the current landscape and gaps in IDaaS (Identity as a Service- home grown application) and address how these gaps and future need can be address by delivering architecture artifacts (Conceptual, logical and solution architecture diagrams) and design aspect.

·      Design, integration and deployment of CIAM products in client environments

·      Requirements gathering, analysis and technical design of CIAM solution

·      Rapid prototyping to obtain client feedback on design and approach

·      Communicating to clients on aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level.

·      Develop and drive adoption of best practices

·      Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.

 

Requirements:

·      15+ years of experience defining CIAM strategies and roadmaps for clients

·      Azure experience with security and CIAM.

·      Experience with CIAM with these vendors will be preferable (oAuth, ForgeRock, pingID, Azure B2C).

·      Should be able to translate tactical and strategic business requirements into functional requirements that are comprehensible to technical architects and projects delivery team

·      Experience architecting and implementing IAM solution

·      Experience managing and leading technical teams

·      Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (cloud), AWS IAM, AD Connect, AWS IAM, HR systems, ITSM solutions, PAM solutions

·      Excellent communication skills and extensive experience presenting to directors and c-level stakeholder.
