Position: Certified Scrum Master
Location: fully remote
Duration: 12 months
Requirement:
- 6+ yrs experience as a Scrum Master and a Scrum master certification (PSMI/PSMII/CSM)
- Should have strong Agile experience as well as PM skills.
- very strong in Jira and Confluence
- Strong banking background (HUGE plus if they have wealth experience in banking)
- Excellent communication skills
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Manage each project's scope and timeline
- Facilitate scrum events like sprint review, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
