Hi       Hi,   Greeting!!   Position: Certified Scrum Master Location: fully remote Duration: 12 months   Requirement: Needs to Have banking Experience •             6+ yrs experience as a Scrum Master and a Scrum master certification (PSMI/PSMII/CSM) •             Should have strong Agile experience as well as PM skills. •             very strong in Jira and Confluence •             banking experinece focused (HUGE plus if they have wealth experience in banking) •             strong communicaton skills •             Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices •             Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments •             Manage each project's scope and timeline •             Facilitate scrum events like sprint review, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups •             Coach team members in Agile frameworks •             Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration •             Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) •             Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests •             Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur •             Help teams implement changes effectively •             Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint •             Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.   Thanks & Regards Salman Edge Global 1317 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL, 32804 Email: Salman@edgeglobal.net www.edgeglobal.net
