As solution architect , you should be able to understand the client requirements for Compensation and Waterfall reporting. 2. Excellent in Communication. Proactive approach towards problem solving 3. Good hands-on on Anaplan. May have to develop small POC to showcase how things will translate in real-time scenarios 4. Onsite Offshore daily handover 5. Sprint planning and customer demos. Training customer on Anaplan System 6. UAT Support and Deployment using ALM 7. Understand, review and gather client requirements per Anaplan defined scoping & analysis. 8. Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models 9. Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality 10. Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions 11. Provide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Project Manager/Business Partner and team 12. Develop Anaplan model documentation 13. Participate and/or lead Data Integration and Migration Solutions 14. Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment 15. Anaplan certification of L1,L2 & L3 and Solution Architect (mandatory). 16. At least 5-8 year experience in modelling sales, marketing, planning or finance business processes 17. Functional knowledge of Workforce compensation and private equity funding will be added advantage.
