- Masters’ Degree Preferred.
- 4 years of experience in programming language and ETL processes using Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
- 4 years of experience with business intelligence, data modeling, and/or data warehousing experience.
- 2 years of experience in Tableau, MicroStrategy or relevant BI reporting tools
- 3 years of experience with Python preferred
- 3 years of experience in Health Care and Claims Processing Systems Preferred.
- 4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions to Production
- 4 years of experience in optimizing and performance tuning ETLs, SQLs and BI reports.
- 4 years of experience working with large scale data to build reporting solutions.
- 4 years of experience with stakeholder management in a consulting role. 3 years of experience in the agile/Kanban environment.
- 3 years of experience in mentoring more junior resources in technical processes Ability to work well within a team and with other developers Impeccable time management and prioritizing skills Critical thinking a must. Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions
