JOB DESCRIPTION
Domain:
- Strong understanding of the Securities & Capital Markets landscape with an in-depth understanding of trade flows from Front to Middle to Back office.
- Experience working in Middle and Back-Office Transaction Processing & Management Systems relating to Equity, Derivatives & FX transactions; Securities & FX Trade Reconciliation.
- SWIFT Messaging relating to Securities and FX transactions and confirmations, XML & JSON messaging.
Operational Skills-
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, strong analytical thinking, listening & questioning skills, and client interfacing skills
- Advanced business analysis skills proven through delivering in multiple client engagements. Ability to document business requirements, work/process flow diagrams, screen mock-ups, user stories & test cases.
- Working with Technology team and Product Owner to drive improvements in productivity through building and managing product backlog under Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Making recommendations to influence decision-making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization. Maintain a focus on how the project aligns to wider program objectives
Technical Skills
- Excellent SQL skills with understanding of database concepts.
- JIRA, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, Visio.
