Sales and Service Functional Lead

• The Sales and Service Functional Lead will be responsible for the progress in the ECC & CRM areas for Sales, Service, iBase, and VC for the CRM 2.0 project. 
• This resource will supervise and manage onshore and offshore resources and will report on progress to the client team. 
• This resource will ensure that the onshore Project Manager and offshore Scrum Master remain in synch through the use of project management tools such as Jira, RTM, and smart sheets. 
• The lead should have experience with the configuration of SAP ECC as well as the SAP CRM Sales & Service module. 
• This resource should be aware of the SAP on-premise and cloud CRM applications and should have worked with SAP Cloud products. 
• The lead should have experience in this specific lead role on multiple SAP implementation projects. 
• The lead role could also be extended by leading the finance functional analysts.
