Technical Requirement:
• Atleast One full life cycle implementation experience with MNC client in LE(Deliveries, WM, Shipments) module. Must have worked closely with business and visited warehouses.
• Core understanding of SAP WM including strategies, interfaces, custom developments, HU/SU management.
• Understanding of integration points of SAP WM with manufacturing, procurement & quality.
• Handson experience on RF Implementation at site.
• Must have worked on Building interfaces between SAP and 3PL WMS systems.
• Understanding of TMS (transportation management system) process preferred.
• Handson experience on HUM (Packing Process)
• Demonstrated experience in the development of SAP Logistics Execution solutions for business programs
• Handson experience in developing new Enhancements in WM, LE objects.
Leadership
• Contributes to requirement gathering and deployment of best practices for business process and propose solutions
• Strong project management skills including time management, organizational, data management/analysis and multi-tasking skills and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and work across different time zones
• Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within the organization on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
• Experience in application support preferably including HP Service Manager Experience and Testing tool like HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM)
• Participation in business workshop and working closely with business in defining the requirement
