Description Of Services - Capture business requirements from multiple departmental areas that align to multiple/new system implementations
- Drive business partners through planning and design to assist with documentation of functional and operational policy and procedural documentation
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement sessions to capture business requirements, data discovery and targeted analysis.
- Coordinate and facilitate engagements between multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders to promote and maintain alignment across multiple projects/workstreams
- Facilitate sessions with business partners to capture business process flows and corresponding system data flows
- Perform data mapping for multiple systems supporting various team workflows
- Provide recommended approach and roadmap to completing deliverables
- Obtain, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple business users to help distinguish request from needs
- Create unambiguous, verified technical and functional business rules and requirements for multiple business areas to a testable level
- Become a system/process expert & support business partners throughout the life cycle of multiple projects
- Act as liaison between business and technical members of the project
