Job Description::

• Know your product and tech better than anyone
• Pitch your product so well that people want to buy it from you even when it is not for sale
• Relentlessly understand the journey and needs of your users; know what they want and need before they do
• Stay ahead of the curve always thinking past what you see right in front of you; identify what is coming in the future before it happens
• Understand the product strategy, and vision  by a partnership with your Product Manager
• Support the Product Manager on keeping the Product Roadmap up to date, understand it as a whole and call out potential gaps
• Breaks down and plan the delivery of epic capabilities
• Understand each expected capability without needing to include your Product Managers in a grooming conversation with your team (limit the interruptions to your product manager)
• Understand priorities and properly convey them to the team
• Partner with your scrum master to ensure timelines align with the business expectations, challenge appropriately, identify gaps, mitigate risks and properly communicate to stakeholders
• Partner and collaborate with Technical Lead to understand the system and design constraints to properly identify potential gaps to meet business needs
• Partner with your Technical Lead, and Scrum Master to communicate the progress of the work
• Communicate risks transparently and as they are identified
• Ensures business point of view is always well represented within the tech team
• Ensure properly user stories grooming so our dev team have a clear understanding of the business needs and expectations
• Educate the Scrum Team on the metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) already defined with the business to ensure awareness and compliance.
• Example #1: Report generation must occur 10 minutes after store finalization, Example #2: Data Recovery Tier Definition (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) for Disaster Recovery Plan
