Job Descriptions
1· 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years on Salesforce.com with a strong functional knowledge.
· 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering as Business Analyst.
· Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business
· requirements
· Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure
· business requirements are achieved
· Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements
· can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced
· cost and time impacts
· Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and
· process changes
· Provide expert advice on application solutions. Produce functional, technical and system design documentation
· Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions
· Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs
· Utilize and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing Requirements
· Should have worked Minimum 2-3 years in Salesforce Administration.
· Perform Daily Salesforce Administration tasks like Process Automation, Creating workflows and Approval process Data Management
· Back up options, Extract, Import, Update, Delete, Undelete and Data Loader Data security Roles, Profiles, Sharing rules, OWD, Permission sets
· Should be able to create formula fields, Handling users Creation and Password resetting, User permissions Creating reports and dashboards
· Configured Chatter settings, maintaining the third party applications that are installed from App Exchange, maintaining the communication templates Email Templates Raising cases with Salesforce for issues with Salesforce application and communicating with Salesforce team and resolving the issues.
· Must have experience on Change Set Management, also preferred knowledge of ANT, Eclipse
· Should have experience on Release Management
· Must have Salesforce Administration certificate or above
Requirements
· Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
· Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
· Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
· Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
· Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
· Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
