Job Description:

1. Experience in Salesforce is Mandatory
2. Experience handling Chat based Application Support
3. Should have experience in fixing the Code as part of Break Fix.
4. Experience in Velocity will be an added advantage.
5. Experience working in Cloud DB is mandatory (Google Cloud would be added advantage)
