Role: Product Owner

There is a requirement of a Product Owner in IT App Hosting project. The Powder Owner should have worked on cloud migration project and understand technology well.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and features
Work with the product leadership and senior management to define product vision and communicate the vision to all the stakeholders. Define product strategy and identify product capabilities needed to establish competitive advantage. Develop product roadmap and identify features, and socialize the features with all the stakeholders.
• Manage market research
Identify key research areas crucial to elaborating product themes and features. Leverage product knowhow and prioritize research areas according to product roadmap. Define research brief, objectives and expected outcomes. Work with the team to oversee the research progress, provide product expertise, and review research outcomes on a regular basis and present research to the leadership.
• Manage requirements definition
Manage theme grooming and feature grooming by working with the BAs. Be the expert on the product capabilities (current as well as future) and ensure product’s vision is getting translated into requirements. Establish a grooming cadence and track and report grooming progress. Direct and review user story development. Ensure user stories are logged into Story Tracking Tool.
• Manage experience design
Define consumer journey and establish product goals for the design team. Study leading interaction patterns and engage design team into experience design. Ensure right interaction patterns are picked up for the product. Manage development of experience language and wireframes. Ensure wireframes undergo appropriate rounds of user experience testing. Review and approve the designs.
