The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the team works within an Agile delivery method and that their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Technology Projects and Programs successfully.
This role will carry out some or all the following activities:
Requirements:
- Works within most critical and complex Technology projects - likely to span across multiple business units and/or geographies
- Supports and guides the Product Owner to create/evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
- Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality
- Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live including Testing
- Understand and drive documentation of the data of the functional domain

- Provides expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience
- Drive the Agile Team performance and outcome metrics as required
- Contributes to ensuring compliance with BTF (Change Framework) and other change and governance forms required to deliver solutions.
Experience
- 8-10 years of business analysis, IT analysis, or solution design, preferably on commercial client onboarding.
- Stakeholder management, especially impactful communication, influencing, and arbitration
